Osman Sari Based in Ankara, Turkey, Mr. Sari brings more than 30 years operational experience to Monument Capital Group’s team. Mr. Sari has more than 11 years of private sector experience managing and developing programs on behalf of his respective firms’ regional and Turkish clients. Mr. Sari has worked with Koc Information and Defence, ORACLE and Siemens Business Services, as each of these internally recognized software and hardware firms sought to provide highly competitive products and services to the Turkish government and other clients. As a leader in each organization, Mr. Sari has developed working relationships with the Turkish agencies and departments responsible for security and defense and finance and trade, and, has developed a working knowledge of what programs need technology support from the private sector. Previously, Mr. Sari spent more than 22 years with the Turkish Air Force as a project manager and IT Director, and, had responsibility for maintaining and designing information systems for the Turkish Air Force. An electronics engineer, Mr. Sari earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from the Air Force College. He later completed a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. He is also a certified instructor of software and computer information systems. |
