Farhad I. "Eric" Hakimov Prior to joining MCG, Mr. Hakimov was an Associate with JPMorgan, a New York based investment bank. Mr. Hakimov worked with JPMorgan (2005 – 2008) focusing on a diverse set of industries within middle market including aerospace & defense, healthcare, industrial, and retail. He provided investment banking advisory and underwriting services that included mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and other capital structure solutions for both public and privately held companies. Prior to JPMorgan, Mr. Hakimov worked with KeyBank (2004 –05) within their corporate and investment banking group where he provided investment and commercial banking services to middle market healthcare companies. Previously, Mr. Hakimov spent two years (2000 – 2002) at Goldman Sachs as an analyst in their investment banking group supporting various transactions, coaching financial modeling to Goldman’s investment bankers, and being involved in various IBD strategy projects. A graduate of Emory University, Eric also holds an MBA from The University of Chicago and a Medical Doctor degree from Tashkent State Institute. A native of Uzbekistan, Mr. Hakimov is a United States Information Agency (USIA) scholar. |
